Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Gadget Repair LV (“we”, “us” or “our”), including device service and the buying and selling of devices. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Warranty / Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Our services

We provide diagnostics, component service and maintenance for smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles and similar electronics.
We buy used devices from customers and sell used and refurbished devices.
We are an independent business and are not an authorized service provider for any manufacturer.

2. Quotes and approval

We give you a price before work starts or before a sale is completed.
No paid work is done without your approval. If we find something that changes the price, we contact you first.
Time estimates are not guaranteed and depend on device condition and part availability.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed or when you buy a device, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed in store.

4. Selling a device to us

You confirm you are the legal owner of the device, or that you have the owner’s permission to sell it.
The device must not be lost, stolen, financed with an unpaid balance, or blocked by a carrier or manufacturer.
You may be asked for a valid photo ID. We may decline any device and may report suspected stolen property to the authorities.
Our offer is based on the condition we see in store. You are responsible for removing your accounts and personal data before the sale.

5. Buying a device from us

We describe each device’s condition and any warranty before you pay.
Returns and warranty claims follow our Warranty / Refund Policy and the terms on your receipt.

6. Device condition and your responsibility

When you leave a device with us, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to authorize work on it. Devices with liquid exposure, prior damage or past work by others can behave in unexpected ways during service. Please back up your data before service. We are not responsible for:

Data loss.
Damage or faults that existed before service.
Problems caused by earlier work from another provider.
Unrelated issues found during service.

7. Unclaimed devices

Please collect your device promptly once we tell you it is ready. If a device is not collected, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any further steps allowed by law.

8. Limited warranty

Eligible services and devices come with a limited warranty. Coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim are set out in our Warranty / Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We do not promise specific results beyond what our warranty states.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, or use it for fraud. We may change website content at any time.

11. Intellectual property

The text, design and layout of this website belong to Gadget Repair LV and may not be copied without written permission, except for personal, non commercial use.

12. Brand affiliation

Gadget Repair LV is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, LG or any other manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their owners. See our Brand Disclaimer.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated Terms.
